Human self-reflection is the capacity of humans to exercise introspection and the willingness to learn more about their fundamental nature, purpose and essence. The earliest historical records demonstrate the great interest which humanity has had in itself.
Obviously, I couldn't figure out anything through my face...
By taking time to ask the question from myself that challenge my assumptions; how effectively am I performing, what are my strengths and areas to improve, how can improve those areas, and what do I need to know, how will I know I have made improvements. Self-reflection is not about focusing solely on the negative, it also enables you to think about what you do well. It gives us a structured for also considering what is positive about your teaching.
When you reflect, you gain a better understanding of what’s working and what’s not. This, in turn, allows you to make better decisions and change your actions.
