PPD
Personal
Progress
Personal Progress is a pattern of small, righteous actions
that, if done consistently over time, will strengthen your faith, and build
your testimony and prepare you for your future roles. Doing Personal Progress
will prepare you to overcome many things. As you participate in Personal
Progress, you will be fortifying yourself spiritually, mentally and physically.

Personal Progress causes you create values that get ready
you and shape your character with the goal that you can satisfy your celestial
potential. The potential that this expert must contain in himself to confront
the difficulties in his field is enormous. Thus, he or she needs an advance and
improvement in their own identity and this can't be accomplished in a
fortnight.
Improving
our mental strengths.
Our hypothesis that grit is essential to
high achievement evolved during interviews with professionals in investment
banking, painting, journalism, academia, medicine, and law. Asked what quality
distinguishes star performers in their respective fields, these individuals
cited grit or a close synonym as often as talent. In fact, many were awed by
the achievements of peers who did not at first seem as gifted as others but
whose sustained commitment to their ambitions was exceptional. Likewise, many
noted with surprise that prodigiously gifted peers did not end up in the upper
echelons of their field.

What I
improved from PPD.
and expand my interests.
The more i read and cultivate new interests, the more interesting
I am to others. When i meet new people it gives me the opportunity to share
what you know and to exchange my views
with them.
Be a good
conversationalist.
This relates to how much i read and know. Once i have much
to contribute, learn how to talk about it with others. No one can read about or
know everything, so it's refreshing to learn from others those things we don't
have the time to about read ourselves. If i happen to be shy, will join a group
like Toastmasters that encourages my to talk about what you know.
Have an Opinion.
There is nothing more tiresome than trying to talk to
someone who has no opinion on anything. A conversation has nowhere to go if you
have nothing to expound on. If, however, I
have an uncommon point of view or differing opinion, I am more
interesting and stimulating to be with socially (unless I know-it-all, of
course). A unique outlook expands everyone's perspective.
Meet New People.
Make the effort to meet new people especially those unlike
me. It not only exposes me to different cultures and alternative ways of doing
things, it broadens your horizons.
The next most tiresome thing after having no opinions is
trying to be something I am not. Molding myself in order to fit in, or be
accepted, usually backfires. Since each of us is unique, expressing that
uniqueness is what makes us interesting. Attempting to be a carbon copy of
someone else not only falls flat, but reveals a lack of authenticity.

Be fun and see the humorous side of life.
Everyone enjoys the company of someone who makes them laugh,
or smile, so look for the humorous, quirky side in a situation - there always
is one. Comic relief is a much welcome and needed diversion at times. When you
can add fun and lightheartedness to an otherwise dull or gloomy setting, others
will naturally be attracted to you, not to mention grateful.
Be a
superior audience.
And may more.
